Using Rotating Text Ads for Sponsor Links
Some site owners like to have text links for 'sponsor ads', which change frequently, and prefer to change these using the admin pages, rather than by actually editing their php pages each time.

To accomplish this, use a unique code as the group name in each sponsor ad you create. For example, you can:

1. Create a text link in the Rotating Ads page with the text and link supplied by the sponsor, and in the group name, use a code such as sponsor1.
2. Edit the php file and include the ad with the code <? getad('sponsor1'); ?>
3. Repeat steps 1 & 2 for as many ads as you wish to use, with names such as sponsor2, sponsor3, etc
4. When the sponsor changes, you can use the rotating ad page to search for ads with the group name, e.g. sponsor1, and simply change the link and text details. Now the php page will automatically show the current ad for the sponsor1 category.
