Occasionally program owners wish to move a downline from one member to another, for a number of reasons. This can be awkward and at times hazargous - and is NOT recommended for beginners.

You can only transfer a downline from one account to another if the account you are moving it TO isn't already a part of the downline you are transferring. However, be aware that members in the upline of the account you move will lose their downline. For that reason it is generally only acceptable to move a 'top-level' downline (one that has no upline, other than the program owner).

IF you do wish to proceed, here's how:

1. Go to the account from your admin panel - click User Management | View/Edit/Delete Users in the menu
2. Use the search tool to find the account, and open it. At the top, you will see the following text fields:
   Referred by:
   Upline:
   and a button labelled 'Move'.
3. Enter the account you wish to move the downline under into the 'Upline' field and press the button. The move will then take place automatically. It will take time to complete the changes, depending on the size of the downline, so do not expect to be able to see the changes immediately.
