Cash Balances

Use this page to get reports on members' earnings, and to make payouts. This page has been recently updated to add extra search limiters for Membership Type and Payment Type.

This is where you would do you monthly/weekly/daily Payout reports to check individual member's cash earnings, or to list all members cash earnings.

The basic process is to produce a report about the type of members you wish, then act on the results accordingly.

To produce the report:

  1. Select the type of membership (All members, just advertisers, or any of the custom member types you have at your site, such as Gold Members);
  2. Select the payment type (All types, or any of your registered payment types such as PayPal or egold);
  3. Enter the upper and lower dollar amounts for the report to search for those who are within that range, or leave the field blank to list all your members and their cash balances;

Now, once you have the report, if you are also wishing to make payouts to some of the members on the list, you have two options. If the member's chosen payout method is supported (PayPal, eGold or Stormpay), the name of the option next to their name will be a hyperlink. Click that link to start an automatic payment process. Alternatively, to make a payment manually, proceed to Transaction Ledger, post the transaction to debit their account, then go to the payment method site (e.g. Moneybookers) and pay the member.
